1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one (1) fa7777 account. Opening duplicate accounts, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine government-issued ID details, residential address, and a reachable Philippine mobile number and email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

fa7777 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. You may be required to submit supporting documentation at registration or prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fa7777 login credentials. You agree to:

To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, subject to the following conditions:

All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Opening or operating more than one fa7777 account;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods;
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage;

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided;

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

fa7777 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (b) loss of winnings, profits, or data; (c) service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures; or (d) errors in game outcomes caused by factors outside fa7777's reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fa7777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

fa7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• fa7777 suspects fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity;
• A player fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player;
• fa7777 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any applicable Philippine law or regulation.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a Terms breach, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, net of any outstanding bonus liabilities. Balances from accounts closed due to a Terms violation may be forfeited at fa7777's discretion.

Players may voluntarily close their fa7777 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the fa7777 Platform.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact fa7777 support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. fa7777 will respond to all formal dispute notifications within 10 business days.

Disputes regarding the conduct of PAGCOR-regulated games may also be referred to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

fa7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the fa7777 Platform.

The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform. Continued use of fa7777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
